We began from small parts which weighed only a few kilos, and the centrifugal casting experiment of tons of big parts succeeded in July 2001, which not only filled in the blank of high-lead bronze centrifugal casting technics of copper alloy casting of our country, but also added a brilliant point for our country's casting industry. In 1999, our factory applied our products on American imported equipments in the Three Gorges Project, and our products all reached the lifetime standard of American high-lead bronze after operation. On this basis, we successfully applied our products on the imported equipments of Jiangxi Dexing Copper Mine, Anshan Steel Company Qida Mountain Iron Ore and other large enterprises, and won high comments. This not only saved the purchasing cost of the enterprises, but also improved Yongda's casting technology, which had great significance for us to develop market.
2、Reinforce post skills and boost post activity
Technical training is an effective way to improve the quality of employees. With the guilding ideology of scientific management and improve staff quality, Yongda carrys on training of key posts and common posts according to the need of manufacture, and periodically checks the training of post skills to guarantee the effect. Yongda also guarantees the post training and expenses investment of related activities, and insist on carrying out post training for employees in various forms and levels.

3、High degree attention on the construction of quality culture
Yongda pays much attention to the construction of quality culture and sticks to the guideline of "Quality is the life of an enterprise". It regards quality awareness education as permanent issue, implementation of quality rules as an important job, punishment of quality accidents as alarm bell, and strengthens propaganda and education to make each employee obey the quality behavior criterion "be honese and keep improving", and to win business opportunities, clients and the market with the advantages of products. In 2000, Yongda factory began to establish quality management system conforming to ISO9000 criteria, and carried out quality management and control to bring its quality management into a scientific and standard orbit. Besides, it carried on all round quality management, perfected quality management system and held quality management training and QC group activities to improve the employees' quality awareness and the control standard of quality management.
