 Shenyang Yongda Non-ferrous Foundry is located in Shenyang-the national heavy industry base and political, ecnomonic and cultural center of northeastern China. The factory covers 22000 square meters, of which the foundry workshop covers 4800 square meters and machinery process workshop covers 3400 square meters. The biggest hoisting crane weighs 20 tons. The biggest diameter of centrifugal casting is 3.6 meter,high-lead bronze casting adopts centrifugal casting technology with the maximum weight of 10 tons. We have complete facilities and strong strength. Our annual value of output is about 18 million RMB yuan.
There are 80 employees in our factory now, among whom 38 are senior engineers, senior technicians, senior economists and engineering staff, and we have strong technical strength and perfect checking measures. The factory has Technology Department, Manufacture Department, Quality Inspection Department, Marketing Department, Finance Department, Factory Office, Foundry Workshop and Machinery Process Workshop.
On the basis of ISO9002 International Quality System Certificate, our factory perfects the management system and guarantees to manufacture products with high quality and good credit standing, which provides a good foundation for us to step into the world market.
Yongda's high quality foundry processing equipments include centrifugal casting machine, double head centrifuge, carrying rollers centrifuge, single head centrifuge, etc., which basically satisfy the need for centrifuge casting of revolving body castings of domestic large and medium enterprises. We can also adopt sand shell moulding or metal mold casting as for allotype castings. To guarantee the dry quality of sand mould, we also built a drying kiln with an area of 50 stere, which can control the temperature.
There are various models of machinery process facilities in our foundry, including horizontal lathe, vertical lathe, planer, milling machine and drill machine, among which new facilities take more than 90%, providing a credible guarantee for the process of products.
We have several senior staff, fine equipments and advanced technology in physics and chemical office. The establishment of physics and chemical office further guarantees the quality of products, and provides credible basis for improving product quality and guaranteeing the inspection of raw materials entering the factory.
Our factory experimented and succeeded in the new centrifuge casting technics of large high-lead bronze casting in July 2001. The biggest casting weighs 10 tons. The high-lead bronze can keep self lubricating and reduce frictional coefficient, so it is used on the antifriction bearing of aeroengine, spindle breaker and gyratory breaker under high load and heavy strike. The high-lead bronze of our factory has been tried by several industrial and mining establishments of our country and are recognized. Both its technical standard and service life have reached the foreign standard of same products.
The high-lead bronze maintaining parts for the American imported facilities (simons breaker and 23 stere excavator) in the Three Gorges project all reached the life time of American high-lead bronze parts after being installed and run.
